Zoho Career
Transition Program

Learn if you're actually ready for Zoho ecosystem roles through real evaluation, not certificates.

This is a 2-week evaluation program for early-career professionals who already know what CRM and SaaS mean, and want to transition into real Zoho implementation, functional, or BA/PM roles. Not a certification program. Not a job guarantee. Just honest assessment of where you stand.

Phase 1: Foundation Sprint
2 weeks intensive
Program Dates
6 Feb – 20 Feb

The Real Problem

Here's what we see every week: people finish Zoho tutorials, get certified, update their LinkedIn—then can't hold a real implementation conversation. They know where buttons are, but not how to think through a client requirement or design a clean workflow.

The problem isn't intelligence or effort. The problem is that most Zoho learning teaches tools, not roles. And certificates don't prove you can actually do the work.

Companies know this. That's why junior roles stay empty even though thousands of "certified" candidates apply. The real gap is simple: no one's evaluated you against delivery standards.

So you apply everywhere, get rejected quietly, and never know if the problem is your resume, your skills, or just bad timing. You're stuck guessing.

We built this program to fix that. You get evaluated honestly. You learn where you actually stand. And if you're good, you get pathways that matter.

What This Program Is (And Isn't)

This IS

  • Skill validation through real work
  • Role-based learning (Functional, Developer, PM tracks)
  • Performance evaluation by practitioners
  • Selective progression based on merit
  • Designed by people who actually deliver Zoho projects

This is NOT

  • A placement guarantee program
  • A beginner course (requires CRM/SaaS foundation)
  • A certification-only program
  • A mass bootcamp with inflated success rates
  • Open to everyone regardless of readiness

Phase 1: Zoho Foundation Sprint

Two weeks. Real work. Honest evaluation.

Duration

2 weeks intensive

Dates

6 Feb – 20 Feb

Format

Live sessions + assignments

Evaluation

Performance-based

What You'll Work On

Week 1 — Foundations

  • How Zoho ecosystem actually works (not just features)
  • CRM data models, pipelines, automation thinking
  • Mapping business workflows from messy requirements
  • How we document and communicate on real projects

Week 2 — Work & Evaluation

  • Pick a track: Functional, Developer, or PM/BA
  • Work on real implementation scenarios
  • Submit assignments, get direct feedback
  • Final evaluation on skill + thinking + ownership

Important: This isn't just a course you complete. It's an evaluation. How you perform determines what happens next—Phase 2 invitation, direct apprenticeship offer, or clear feedback on what you need to work on.

What Happens After Phase 1

Three possible outcomes. Which one you get depends entirely on how you perform.

Path A: Direct Paid Apprenticeship

If you're in the top 10–15% and we have openings, you'll get an offer to join Evoluz as a paid apprentice. You'll work on real client projects, get mentored by seniors, and earn while you learn.

This depends on performance and capacity. It's not promised to anyone.

Path B: Phase 2 Invitation

If you show solid foundation but need more depth, you'll be invited to Phase 2. That's 6–8 weeks of focused, track-specific work with real project simulation. Most people go this route.

Phase 2 has a separate fee. Details shared only after Phase 1.

Path C: Exit with Feedback

If we see gaps in foundation or readiness, we'll tell you clearly what needs work. You'll get specific feedback—not vague encouragement. You can use that to improve and reapply later, or take a different path.

Honest feedback is more useful than fake positivity.

Important Disclaimer

Apprenticeship offers are not guaranteed. They depend on your performance, how you handle feedback, whether you can actually deliver, and whether we have open seats. This program evaluates you—it doesn't promise you a job.

Who This Is For

You Should Apply If

  • You're 21–28, based in India, with 0–3 years of work experience
  • You know what CRM and SaaS mean (not just heard of them—you understand the basics)
  • You're comfortable being evaluated and hearing direct feedback (even if it's not what you want to hear)
  • You want to actually get good at this, not just find the fastest route to any job
  • You can commit 10–15 hours/week during the 2-week program
  • You understand that showing up isn't enough—what you produce matters

Do Not Apply If

  • You've never touched business software and don't know what CRM means
  • You're looking for guaranteed placement or job promises
  • You think this is a Netflix course where you just watch and pass
  • You get defensive when someone points out where you're weak
  • You're price-shopping and treating this like any other online course
  • You can't commit the required time during these specific dates

Who Built This

This isn't built by a training company. It's built by people who do real Zoho delivery work.

Real Project Work

What we teach comes from actual client projects, not certification syllabuses.

Real Standards

We evaluate you the same way we review work before it goes to clients.

Reviewed by Practitioners

Your work gets reviewed by people who actually hire and manage Zoho teams.

Evoluz

Evoluz is the company behind this program. We do real Zoho implementation work for clients. That means we know exactly what skills matter, what makes someone hireable, and where most candidates fall short. This program exists because we got tired of interviewing people who look good on paper but can't actually deliver. We built this to find and develop people we'd actually want on our team.
